STEP 1 – Request for the Registration Form & Player Information Form for the sport/s of your interest
STEP 2 – Return the Registration Form duly filled clearly specifying the sport / event you are interested & mail us the soft copy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pls do mention as “HCO6 – Registration Form – xxxxxxx (your company name)”
STEP 3 – Invoice will be generated and forwarded to you by mail. If you require physical copy of the Invoice, please specify the same while forwarding the soft copy of the Registration Form so that we can mail the same
STEP 4 – The payment should be made along with the Original Registration Form. If you opt to participate in any additional sport/s, a Supplementary Invoice for such additions will be issued.
STEP 5 – The Participant Information Form should be made available to a week before the scheduled date of happening of the respective sports discipline.

+ The Organizers reserve the right to cancel any sport / event in which case the amount collected will be refunded in full or adjusted against other sport/event participation.
